| Lovely Smith 5ers,
It's been a while since I updated you with all the sis events going on, so I thought I'd better get on the ball here.
Secert Sis-
Just so there's no confusion, if you signed up for secret sis, you still have the same secret sis as last semester unless you had Kristin Dewaard or Liza Fernandez, and I have given you a new secret sister. Also, please remember to keep your secret sister in your prayers and to be an encouragement to her whenever you see her.
Sisters in the Spotlight-
The boards in our halls needed a little work, so we now have a theme! :) Each week, different girls on the floor will be "spotlighted" with a different profile telling you a little about them. At some point, I intend on getting to every room on the floor, so please be flexible with me when I come to your room and ask you a couple "get to know better" questions. I promise it won't be too much of a burden, but I wanted you to know.
Valentine's Dinner-
I just talked with Sammy about the dinner that our brothers are serving us and made him aware that many of us on the floor will not be available until 9 that night. If that is tha case for you, he said that you are still more thatn welcome to come later for the dessert portion of the evening. I hope this an encouragement to some of you.
Worship/ Praise/ Prayer-
We are hoping to have more worship nights for our floor, so keep your ears and eyes open for signs and such -it's something you really don't want to miss out on!

| Happy Summer Everyone!
I hope you're all experiencing a beautiful and relaxing summer break. I miss you all very much and am really looking forward to the fall semester. Start praying for our next semester now and remember to keep each other in prayer while we're not together. Also begin thinking about some fun social events that we can do on our floor and let me know what you can come up with. I love you all so much! God Bless!

| Hello there, my dear friends!
WOW! has it really been THAT long since I've written an update on our floor's xanga? Well,then I guess this one is well over-due.
Friday, we have our floor's breakfast brunch at 10. You have all received an e-vite, and I'm very pleased to see that most of you are planning on coming. It should be incredible-much fun!
Afterwards, try to stick around because I want to something special for Mel and Kristi as they will be leaving this next week. If you could think of a fun memory you've had with them or something you'll miss about them, share that at the "celebration" I think I'll pick up something for us to eat at Jewel on Thurseday night, if any of you want to come.
Also, people will be making cookies for the bro/sis Christmas party sometime after the brunch. I know how much some of you LOVE to bake, so here's your chance to get involved!
The bro'sis party is at 7, I think. We'll meet in the activities room on ASC2. We'll have all sorts of goodies and a white elephant gift exchange. It will be great fun -though there will be NO ice-skating because Friday night ice-skating will be PACKED!
okay, well I hope you all get to enjoy these fun events that are going on. Relax and take a break from school. You need it!

| Hello There Ladies!
Here's a reminder that Open House is only a WEEK AND A HALF AWAY!!! We really want this to be phenomenal because we only have one planned open house for the whole year. There's a sign up sheet near the elevator, and we'd LOVE your help! Decorating will probably be Wednesday or Thurseday next week, and the invites need to go out by next Thurseday at the latest! We also have to make enough food to feed an entire floor of hungry males. Whatever you could do to help would be wonderful!
Another reminder is that we're beginning a Bible Study/Testimony time (called "Sheer Life") on Thurseday nights at 9:30 beginning next Thurseday. Our lovely RA will be sharing her testimony, and it should be really neat. I hope to see you guys there!

| Hello lovely floor-mates! If you guys have a xanga site, you might want to subscribe to this one. I'll be putting up on our xanga site any updates for our floor socials. Newest being......... SPA NIGHT!!!!!! We're going to have a lounge spa set up for all you girls to come and pamper yourselves on Thurseday, September 22 from 9-11pm. Now, be aware that that's only a WEEK away. If you have anything you would be willing to contribute, PLEASE pitch in. This is a group effort. If not, we still want you there!!!! See you guys there on Thurseday!
